FC: When and why did you start a blog? What was your inspiration?

Allysha: I started my blog in 2014 to express and share my style with others. Having a blog and other social media platforms such as instagram has allowed me to meet a lot of like-minded people just like myself and has given me the opportunity to collaborate and partner with many different companies.

FC: Any other bloggers that you look up to for inspiration?

Allysha: Song of Style and Sincerely Jules are two of my favourite bloggers that I look up to at the moment.

FC: What is your favourite part to shop in Toronto?

Allysha: Downtown Eaton Center and queen street west is my favorite area to shop at since a lot of my favorite stores being Artizia, Zara, Urban Outfitters, Topshop, Club Monaco and H&M are all around that area.

FC: Any future plans with your blog or goals you want to achieve with it?

Allysha: I’m leaning towards a career in marketing for advertisement, but hopefully

I am able to mix that with a passion of mine, which is fahsion. I’m still in first year so I’m discovering myself and still leaning a lot of new things as I go.

FC: Fashion tips for students?

Allysha: I think with a few timeless pieces, finding the perfect black boots, distressed jeans and a leather jacket are key staples to any wardrobe. If you know me you would know that I love layering. The key to layering it to make sure you keep the under-layer longer and more fitted. With the core basics in your wardrobe worn under clothes, layered on top of things that can be worn all four seasons of the year and you're all set!
